• Felicia is a proud mom of five daughters: TaTyanna (25), Taylor (21), Tori (17), Tristen (15), and Tinley (12). She's surrounded by girl power!

• Felicia's passion for education runs deep. She began her journey at the University of Toledo, earning an undergraduate degree in elementary teaching (1–8).
• Her thirst for knowledge led her to Ashland University, where she obtained a Master's degree in Curriculum Instruction.
• Not one to stop learning, Felicia went on to pursue an Educational Specialist degree in Early Childhood from North Central University, focusing her research on how students learn to read.
• With 22 years of experience in the education field, Felicia has honed her skills and insights into the world of literacy development.

• Education seems to be in the family genes! Felicia has a sister, Shalon, and her mother, Betty, are both educators.
• Her dad, Ray, and brother, Ray, are both engineers.
